However, when we take a break in the wrong way, we just kill our time. That’s why it’s important to know how to take a break in the right way so that you save your time and increase your focus as well.   3. Take a glass of water and eat some healthy snacks: take hot beverages and dry fruits, whichever you like; just avoid junk food.
  4. Do your favorite things: sing or listen to a song, and talk with your favorite friends, but not for too long.
  5. Change your space: just move outside your room. Take some fresh air, and just keep your mind away from your notes and books.
